Plumbing and Heating Engineer
Fully qualified and apprenticeship served, experienced with carrying out repairs, investigations, central heating repairs wiring and diagnosis. Small bathroom jobs i.e cubicles, bath replacements.

Tidy worker, knowledgeable and experienced, able to independently resolve any plumbing issues that may arise in a domestic setting.
​
Excellent communication skill and professionalism when dealing with customers.

Travel is minimal as most work is in a 10 mile radius

Contract:
Full time employment contract pay starts at £45000 for a
40 hour week

Office Manager

We are looking for proactive Office Manager to carry out diary management for team of 4 engineers on 4-5 day week basis.
Your duties will include dealing with all manner of customer enquiries, organising company day to day schedule, maintaining order sheet, overtime and holidays sheets. Invoicing and entry level book keeping. Marketing such as social posts, blogs. Office maintenance.

Phone manner and computer literacy are essential. The role involves using a diary software and communications software. Attention to detail is paramount as well as being able to organise and manage clients and bookings efficiently.
Resume:

Minimum 5 year employment history working in an office answering calls, emails and managing schedules using computer software.

Computer Literacy most of the work will be on computer, speed and literacy and essential.

Proactive Approach you will be expected to take on new tasks and keep busy through quieter periods by proactively identifying business needs and assisting in fulfilling them.
