Brief:

Remove existing bath and bath screen. Remove any damaged and weak tile and wall sections Install timber support around the walls. Replace with new cement board and retile with tiles supplied by customer. Install new bath, new bath filler and pop up waste + screen of same size install new screen. Reseal. Install new bath panel. Install new shower rail.

Shower adjustable rail holder.


Remove existing pedestal basin. Install new basin tap and waste including a floor standing vanity unit. Make necessary alterations to vanity unit to accommodate plumbing.

Gordon's notes:

"Removed old bath and screen and hose and handset. Removed basin pedestal.

Replaced all the push fit joints under the bath with new fittings. Cut out all the old ply board that was soaked and rotten. Fitted new timber frame across the fireplace and boarded which was all below bath level. Framed across the wall for the bath and fitted new bath with a bath filler overflow.

Fitted new bath trap and altered waste.

Framed across bath with timbers and fitted an 8mm mdf bath panel.

Fitted a fixed screen panel. And new hose and handset.

Fitted new basin unit and basin. Fitted new p trap and altered waste. Updated the isolation valves and pipework to the tap flexies.

Fitted new tap and waste."
